If you're a Google AdSense publisher and have logged in recently in your AdSense account, you were prompted to read the newly-revised Google AdSense Terms of Services (TOS). But have you noticed this paragraph in the TOS?
You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.
Therefore as TOS-abiding publishers, we should have a privacy policy in our sites. Do you have one already? If yes, good for you. If not, oh no, you're doomed! Hehe. Well, not to worry, you can copy mine below, as in further below, (just change the necessary details, ok?) which I based from Pinoyblogero.com's privacy policy also. Or get other tips on Karlo's post on the new AdSense TOS.
