WTF Manny Pacquiao won TKO over Ricky Hatton on Round 2!
I wasn't even able to watch clearly because of my net buffering. Hell.
Didn't see Hatton's defeat this early in the fight. Pacquiao really nailed his pound-for-pound title now, no doubts about it. Freddie Roach and Michael Murrer did a good job for training here. Congrats to Team Pacquiao, congrats to the Filipinos. Yeah!
So who's next? Mayweather Jr.?

Pacquiao Accepts Hatton's Offer
Because of the 50-50 share that Pacquiao has not agreed upon for his fight with Hatton on May, news has been spreading that the anticipated boxing match has been called off. But wait... here's a report I found a few minutes ago:
Over three bottles of beer? Hmmm...

BREAKING NEWS: PACQUIAO ACCEPTS EXISTING OFFER TO FIGHT HATTON

Bacolod City -- After a long night and as the sun glimmers in the Philippines' eastern sky Friday, Pacquiao has finally gave the nod to his team to accept the existing offer from the Hatton camp to maybe finally seal the May 2 Pacquiao-Hatton superfight at MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Pacquiao and his team are currently in Manila.
Pacquiao friend and confidant Rex 'Wakee' Salud informed PhilBoxing about the good news. The final financial deal is a 12 million dollar guarantee for Pacquiao and 52-48 PPV share in Pacquiao's favor.
The negotiation has been derailed after Pacquiao demanded a 60-40 PPV sharing in his favor from a 50-50 sharing being stipulated in the original contract. The Hatton camp countered with a 52-48 sharing in Pacquiao's favor and gave Pacquiao a Wednesday deadline to sign the contract. The fight has been called off as of yesterday when Pacquiao refused to budge as both parties issued statements blaming each other for the failed negotiation.
Over 3 bottles of beer Pacquiao, whose playful antics would create joy and difficulty in his inner circle and this time reverberated into the boxing world by playing hard to get in the negotiation table, told Salud, who does not drink, that he would accept the contract only if Salud will down three bottles of beer. Salud, who had been trying to convince Pacquiao for days to sign the contract, was forced to drink this time around in order for the deal to be consummated.
Salud also informed that Arum was elated to hear the news that Pacquiao finally accepts the deal and that Arum may even come to the Philippines to do the press conference.
The Pacquiao-Hatton superfight on May 2 in Las Vegas is the year's most anticipated fight and is expected to sell out gate and short circuit tickets and break PPV records.

Pacquiao-Dela Hoya Dream Match Results and Highlights
UPDATE: Here's a replay of the Dream Match and photos as well. :)
Woohoo, as opposed to the earlier rumors I got that Manny lost at Round 5, he actually won! TKO even. I never doubted his agility and stamina. :D
Round 1 caught De La Hoya with a lot of punches on the face though we can see that he doesn't stop there. Both fighters appear well-conditioned though The Golden Boy seems slower than Pacquiao. Round 3 exhausted Pacman with a few punches from De La Hoya. De La Hoya really slowed down by Round 4. But by Round 5, the match just got heated with a lot of power punches from Pacquiao which eventually increased in the succeeding rounds. Round 7 was definitely the deciding factor for De La Hoya's defeat in Round 8.
As was asked after Round 8, Oscar dela Hoya stated that Manny Pacquiao was "too fast." De la Hoya only halved Pacquiao's power punches. Kewl! ^^
Nevertheless, The Golden Boy is a good sport and said Manny deserved everything he has now. :)
Again, congrats to Manny Pacquiao and he's definitely in for a Filipino feast when he comes home. :)

I am currently in the process of searching for the live video streaming for tomorrow's dream match of Pacquiao and Dela Hoya.
(8:00 AM Philippine time but will be broadcasted on TV by 10AM. Then the rival channel will announce the winner while it hasn't been aired yet. :( Boohoo. Zero crime rate and zero traffic for that time here in the Philippines. :D )
I paid for my internet connection this afternoon and saw the poster for the pay-per-view for cable subscribers worth Php 700. Whoa. Win or lose, the two boxers are definitely winners in the money arena, ei? It's quite frightening to think that the youth, specifically the Filipino youth, might think of going into boxing for the fast cash. I'm not saying that boxing isn't good, but it definitely is dangerous. I remember Jessica Soho's report on boxing when one of the young boxers died on the ring. Tsk tsk tsk.
Anyway, so far my searches say that you can watch the match at teampilipinas.info also.
I tried to embed feu11's justin.tv. Let's see tomorrow if we can watch here. ^^
