Donate Your Car and Help a Homeless Veteran

War may be over for most of us but have we reflected on the freedom and peace we’re enjoying now?

It’s sad to learn that over 200,000 US veterans are homeless now after all the sacrifices they’ve done for us to gain freedom and safety. Nevertheless there are still organizations that assist these brave men and women and we can offer our help as well.

One particular organization even accepts car donations while donors will receive tax deduction. If you are interested to donate a car, you can find their site – CarsHelpingVeterans.org – helpful and informative to process your donation. You’ll just accomplish a simple form online and car donations are accepted in all 50 US states. Your car will be picked up free of charge on a date that is most convenient for you. Once the donation is confirmed, you will receive a tax deductible car donation receipt.

Accepted vehicle donations are boats, cars, trucks, vans, conversion vans, motorcycles, RVs and property. Monetary support is also accepted through Paypal, Google Checkout or you may download and print their donation form for check or credit card donations. For other concerns, you can check the site’s FAQ page or contact the organization itself through the Contact Us page.
