Eat Healthier, Not Cheaper

More than once have I delved on this topic with some of my friends. Why is it that healthy food is more expensive than junk food (or less healthy food for the matter)? It's also like being in a diet and actually spending more for eating less, especially with value meals set already in fast food chains.

Just take softdrinks for instance. A Coke in can here in the Philippines costs around Php 20 but a regular-sized fresh fruit juice (like my fave apple-carrot) is about Php 60. It's totally unfair! Hehehe.

Fresh is expensive in a polluted world, ei?
